2. Data we collect
- Data you send us through the contact form: name, company, email, phone, topic and message.
- Data from our correspondence by email and phone.
- Technical data (IP address, browser type) processed by our hosting provider for security and abuse prevention.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Answering enquiries and taking steps before entering into a contract – Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Website security and protection against spam and abuse – legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- Compliance with legal obligations, such as accounting – Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
4. Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are kept for up to 24 months. Contract-related data is kept for the period required by law. Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for security.
5. Recipients
We do not sell data or share it with third parties for marketing. We use trusted processors: Cloudflare (hosting and security) and an email delivery provider for sending enquiries. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, this happens under appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
6. Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Strictly necessary security cookies (for example bot protection) and cookieless statistics that do not identify individual visitors may be used.
